Dr. Ari Chako, Senior Neurosurgeon & Dr. Srinivas Chilukuri senior Radiation Oncologist visited Nairobi, Kenya to present in a CME organized in partnership with Kenya Medical Association on 16th February, 2024 at Sarova PanAfric Hotel, Nairobi, Kenya.
Dr. Ari Chako presented on Pituitary tumors & its management. Dr. Srinivas Chilukuri presented on Proton Beam therapy in challenging Solid tumours- 5 years of experience. Both presentations were well received by Kenyan doctors.

Dr. Ari Chako is a director of Neurosciences at the Apollo proton Cancer Center in Chennai. Dr. Ari Chako has spent entire career as a neurosurgeon specializing in the management of brain and spine tumors pituitary disorders as well as performing transformative epilepsy surgeries. Dr. Ari Chako’s professional career has been greatly influenced by his training and subsequent service at the Christian Medical College of vellore for the past three decades where the emphasis is on patient care.

He has received training in proton therapy from top proton centres of the world like Mayo Clinic Miami Cancer Institute and University of Maryland proton Cancer Center.
